When the Body Speaks: Emotional Somatisation and How TRG Can Ease Physical Symptoms

The body holds what the mind cannot process

Who hasn’t felt a tight chest during anxious moments? Or that stubborn headache that always shows up after a stressful day? This is somatisation — when unprocessed emotions turn into physical symptoms.

Our body speaks. Sometimes through pain, tension, insomnia, or even chronic illnesses that seem to have no clear medical explanation.


Mind and body: inseparable

Science has long shown that mind and body are deeply connected. Emotions directly affect our immune, digestive, cardiovascular, and nervous systems.
